GM Offers New Loans as low as 0% to Revive Sales

Strengthened by a $6 billion federal bailout, General Motors financing arm GMAC LLC, has not only resumed lending to customers with low credit scores in the U.S., but has also announced new reduced rate financing for up to 60 months on select cars and trucks. The rates that range from zero interest to 5.9 percent annually, are available to qualified buyers today through January 5, 2009 on many 2008 and select 2009MY vehicles (see the complete list after the jump). Many of the vehicles listed have can also be financed with cash rebated ranging from $500 to $4,250.

"We're very excited to offer this reduced rate financing through GMAC to encourage our customers to get back into the game," said Mark LaNeve, vice president, GM North America Vehicle Sales, Service and Marketing. "This enables even more qualified customers to finance through GMAC at their local GM dealership, and provides additional financing capacity with conventional and reduced rate APRs for our dealers to make sales."

2009 Suzuki SX4 Facelift Spied Undisguised

The same folks over at the Sedici community that brought us the first shots of the facelifted Fiat Sedici, now bring us photos of the subcompact crossover's Japanese twin, the 2009 Suzuki SX4. More of an (extremely) subtle makeover than a true facelift, the 2009 SX4's nose gets a revised bumper with a restyled center air grille and concave surfaces above the fog lights. Other than that, Suzuki has also revised the protective aluminum plate on the rear bumper. Given that the 2009 Sedici features a few mild changes in the interior, we gather that the SX4's cabin will also be upgraded. Like the Fiat Sedici, the 2009 SX4 will make its market debut in 2009.

Hyundai has launched New Hyundai i20 model in india. The New Hyundai i20 comes in 3 petrol variants such as Hyundai i20 Magna, Hyundai i20 Asta, Hyundai i20 Asta (O). 2009 Nissan 370Z Goes on Sale in the U.S. Priced from $29,930

Just before 2008 comes to an end, Nissan announced that the all-new 2009 370Z Coupe goes on sale in the U.S. today with an MSRP starting at $29,930 for the entry-level model equipped with a 6-speed manual transmission and $31,230 with the new 7-speed automatic transmission. The new Z is also offered in a Touring model, which is priced at $34,460 with the 6-speed manual and $35,760 with the 7-speed automatic transmission.

In addition to the basic 370Z's list of standard equipment, the 370Z Touring adds heated leather-appointed power seats, HomeLink Universal Transceiver, Bluetooth Hands-free Phone System, 8-speaker Bose audio system, XM Satellite Radio (without subscription) cargo cover and aluminum pedals.

Nissan also offers 370Z buyers the option of two new packages. The Sport Package which is priced at $3,000, includes an array of upgrades such as the 19-inch RAYS forged wheels and Bridgestone Potenza tires, aerodynamic front and rear spoiler, larger Nissan Sport Brakes, SynchroRev Match (6-speed manual transmission only) and Viscous Limited Slip Differential.

The Navigation Package will set buyers back at $1,850 and adds a Hard Drive-based Nissan Navigation System, 9.3GB Music Box Hard Drive and Interface System for iPod.
