Upcoming Cars in 2012 NISSAN ALTIMA With Prices, Specification And Previews and Images
Nissan North America, Inc. (NNA) has unveiled the new, redesigned 2011 Nissan Rogue Crossover SUV at the 23rd Annual International Z® Car Convention in Nashville, Tennessee. The Nissan Rogue gets an upgraded look both at the exterior and interior. With revised model names and options, the 2011 Rogue is now offered in two trim levels, S and SV, along with the sporty Rogue S KromTM Edition.
The new 2011 Nissan Rogue offers a standard 170-horsepower 2.5-liter 4-cylinder engine, Nissan’s advanced Xtronic CVTTM (Continuously Variable Transmission), Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC) and 4-wheel disc brakes with Anti-lock Braking System (ABS).
Although Nissan has been focusing its attention on the all-new, all-electric LEAF, the automaker hasn’t completely turned its back on hybrid propulsion.
Currently, Nissan’s only hybrid model is the Altima Hybrid and for 2011 this model, unfortunately, won’t be getting any particularly noteworthy updates. For 2011, it will still feature the same hybrid system licensed from Toyota, and sadly it will still be available only in a few select states. But, pretty soon that will all change.
