2010 Ford Mustang Rolls Out at Road America

Who said that Ford would allow Chevy and its all-new Camaro that’s scheduled to be unveiled tomorrow (see the leaked images here) take all the glory without a fight? Ford decided to strike back and spice up the pony war game by bringing a prototype version of its 2010 Mustang at this weekend’s Road America vintage car race that took place in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin. The next-gen Mustang that served as the pace car for the vintage race was outfitted in a special camouflage package, thus keeping its key design cues out of sight until its official reveal that's planned for the Los Angeles Auto Show this November. -See all the photos after the jump
